Heels 101: Back to Basics Heels 101 is a 4-week beginner program designed to take you back to the foundations of dancing in heels. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your technique, this class will help you feel strong, grounded, and confident in your movement. We’ll focus on: Proper walking technique in heels Balance, control, and posture Foundational movements and transitions Musicality and performance quality Basic floorwork This is a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can explore your style, build confidence, and connect with your body. By the end of the program, you’ll not only feel more comfortable dancing in heels, you’ll feel empowered moving in them. Wednesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM May 20 – June 10
