Tuesdays @ 7:15pm-8:15pm | 4 Weeks | July 14 - August 4 Level: Open Level / Beginner-Friendly 18+ Build strength, technique, and confidence through the foundations of ballet. This 4-week program is designed for dancers looking to develop their technical skills, improve alignment and body awareness, and gain a deeper understanding of ballet fundamentals. Whether you're new to ballet or looking to revisit and strengthen your foundation, this class provides a supportive and encouraging environment to grow. Throughout the program, dancers will focus on: Ballet technique and terminology Posture, alignment, and placement Strength, balance, and control Musicality and movement quality Across-the-floor progressions and centre work This program is a great complement to any dance style and will help dancers build the technical foundation needed to support their overall training and performance.
